Terms of Service

• Strict Adult-Only Access: The REBEL STREAM platform is intended exclusively for individuals who have reached the age of 18 years (or the age of majority in your respective jurisdiction, if higher).
• Prohibition for Minors: Registration, watching streams, broadcasting, or any interaction on the platform by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Age Verification: The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age (KYC) at any time. In case of suspicion or failure to provide the required documents, the account will be immediately terminated without any right to a refund.

• Ownership: You (the Streamer) retain all intellectual property rights to the content you broadcast live or publish in the arena. The Platform does not claim ownership rights to your content.
• License to the Platform: By broadcasting a stream or submitting content, you grant ILOVEYOU PREMIUM LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, transmit, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
• Absolute Liability: The User bears sole legal, civil, and criminal liability for any content they broadcast and for all activities associated with their account. The Operator does not pre-screen streams and is not responsible for user behavior.

The broadcasting, publishing, or distribution of the following content is strictly prohibited in the REBEL STREAM arena:

• Illegal Activity: Promotion of terrorism, sale of drugs, weapons, illegal gambling, or any violation of the laws of the United States of America and the European Union.
• Extreme Violence and Self-Harm: Depiction of real physical violence, torture, animal cruelty, or any form of self-harm and suicidal behavior.
• Non-Consensual and Abusive Content: Any form of bullying, doxing (publishing private data), stalking, or illegal harassment.
• Malicious Software: Attempts to manipulate the platform, DDoS attacks, distribution of viruses, or fraudulent phishing campaigns targeted at viewers.

• Prohibition of Unauthorized Re-streaming: Streamers may not broadcast audiovisual materials (movies, television broadcasts, sports matches, other creators' live streams) or music for which they do not own the copyright or a license for commercial broadcasting.
• Reporting Violations: If a copyright owner discovers that their work is being unlawfully transmitted on rebelstream.eu, they may submit an official notice to: info@rebelstream.eu.
• Repeat Infringer Policy: Accounts of streamers who repeatedly (more than 2 times) violate the intellectual property rights of third parties will be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.

The platform economy operates on a transparent and fair principle:

• 50/50 Split: All financial gifts from viewers in the form of the virtual currency “Bolts” (⚡) are divided equally — 50% belongs to the Streamer and 50% to the platform operator to cover technical costs and infrastructure. The maximum gifter level (Level 39) is strictly defined according to the internal matrix.
• Fixed Conversion Rate: The payout conversion rate for streamers is set at 1 Bolt = 0.005 EUR (i.e., 100 Bolts received by a streamer represents a net value of 0.50 EUR, which corresponds to 50% of the purchase price of 1.00 EUR for 100 Bolts paid by a viewer).
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: A streamer can request a withdrawal only after reaching a minimum cash value of 150.00 € (an account balance of at least 30 000 ⚡ after the platform split). Earnings below this threshold are not lost — they remain safely stored in your creator wallet and continue accumulating automatically until the threshold is reached. This policy helps cover platform operations, payment processing costs, fraud prevention and streaming infrastructure during platform growth.
• Processing Time (PayPal Payouts): All eligible financial withdrawals are sent exclusively to the streamer's verified PayPal account. The period for processing and crediting the payment is up to 7 business days from submitting the request due to transaction security reviews.

• Governing Law: These Terms, as well as any disputes, claims, or controversial situations arising between the user and the platform, are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles of your home country.
• Binding Arbitration: All disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement through support at info@rebelstream.eu will be definitively resolved in binding arbitration in the State of Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The User hereby expressly waives the right to a trial before a standard civil court and waives the right to participate in class actions (Class Action Waiver).
