ILOVEYOU PREMIUM LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), an online service provider may receive safe harbor protection from copyright infringement liability by designating a DMCA Agent and implementing a strict notice-and-takedown procedure.
This policy applies to the website rebelstream.eu and all live streaming services, chats, and content hosted on the platform.
Requirements for Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any live stream or content hosted on rebelstream.eu infringes upon your copyrights (such as unauthorized broadcasts of UFC, live sports, movies, television networks, or music), you must submit a written notification containing the following elements:
1A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., “UFC Fight Night Event dated MM/DD/YYYY” or “Netflix Original Movie [Title]”).
3Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit the platform to locate the material. You must provide the exact live stream URL (e.g., https://rebelstream.eu/stream/streamer-username). Screenshots or general channel names are insufficient.
4Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an electronic mail address.
5A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Failure to include all of the above information may result in a delay or denial of the processing of your DMCA notice.

The Takedown Process (Our Action)
Upon receipt of a valid, fully compliant DMCA Takedown Notice, ILOVEYOU PREMIUM LLC will execute the following protocol:
Immediate Termination: We will immediately interrupt, disable, and delete the infringing live stream or specific content.
User Notification: We will promptly notify the affected Streamer that their content has been removed due to an alleged copyright violation and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.
Account Strikes: The infringement will be logged as a formal strike against the Streamer's account under our Repeat Infringer Policy.

Counter-Notifications
If a Streamer believes that their live stream was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, they may file a formal written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent. The Counter-Notification must include:
1The Streamer's physical or electronic signature.
2Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3A statement under penalty of perjury that the Streamer has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4The Streamer's name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that they consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which their address is located, or if the address is outside the United States, for the State of Delaware, and that they will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy
In compliance with Section 512(i) of the DMCA, REBEL STREAM enforces a strict “Three-Strike Policy”. Any user or streamer who is found to have violated the copyrights of third parties more than two times will have their account permanently terminated, their streaming privileges revoked, and all remaining balances forfeited to the platform as a penalty for policy breach.
